What aircraft can passengers choose from?
Luxury Air Jets™ provides access to an extensive network of charter aircraft, including light, mid-size, super-mid and heavy jets. Airliners, turbo-prop and piston-prop aircraft are also available.
Light jets are appropriate for six or fewer passengers; while mid-size jets are best for five to seven passengers. The largest is the heavy jet, which is suitable for seven to ten passengers. It includes a galley, enclosed lavatory and cabin attendant.
Boeing Business and Global express are also available. These aircraft hold up to 40 people. 733 and 747 are available with 48-hour notice.

How does Luxury Air Jets™ ensure the safety of its passengers?
Luxury Air Jets' primary focus is on your safety. This is the principal reason why we aligned ourselves with ARGUS®, Wyvern®, NATA®, and NATA First® and remain members in good standing.
With Luxury Air Jets™, you have the comfort of knowing that every passenger who has flown on the aircraft before you and your family has been screened by comprehensive TSA standards.
Scheduling flights requires the full legal names of all passengers. All passengers over the age of 18 must present valid, government issued photo ID prior to boarding the aircraft. If such identification is not presented, boarding is denied. Passengers under the age of 18 must be identified by the lead passenger.
Crewmembers are required to display their company issued photo identification badge, at waist level or above, when on, or in the vicinity of, the aircraft. In addition, all crewmembers are required to carry valid government issued photo identification while on flight status. All flights are subjected to FAR Part 135 rules.
All aircraft are locked and secured when crewmembers are absent from the plane. All passengers are escorted from the FBO to the aircraft by a crewmember.

How do I book my flights?
Whether you are calling for an Individual Charter or you are a Sky Card Program Member, please call 1-866-420-5060 to book your travel. Each Luxury Air Jets™ Sky Card Program Member is assigned a personal Flight Coordinator according to geographic location. Every time you call your Flight Coordinator, you will speak with a professional assigned to you.
Flight Coordinators are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to schedule your flights, arrange ground transportation, and coordinate catering. They take great pride in arranging every aspect of your travel. Luxury Air Jets™ provides you with the most convenient, personalized service available today.

Are there any restrictions on who can fly on my aircraft?
You may bring along as many people as can safely travel on your chosen aircraft. You don't even need to be present on a flight to use your Luxury Air Jets™ Sky Card. You may pre-authorize family members, friends and business associates to conveniently use your account.

How do your prices compare to commercial?
The costs of private aviation vary significantly based on a number of variables including distance, size of aircraft and length of stay. Luxury Air Jets™ offers the most affordable rates in the industry, 20-60% less than some of its competitors. The Luxury Air Jets™ Sky Card offers exceptional 24-hour concierge service and support staff, flexible aircraft type hours exchange, financial liquidity, no hidden fees, superior safety protocol, and the industry's most affordable rates. The Sky Card is the perfect way to enjoy a stress-free travel experience. The Sky Card Program is perfect if you frequently travel on different types of aircraft. You simply deposit funds in an interest-bearing escrow account, just as you would at a bank. Then, whenever you travel, you're free to choose from one of our 3,000 state-of-the-art aircraft, with the cost of your flight directly debited from your account. When you're ready to replenish the funds in your Debit Account, simply call your personal Travel Concierge.
The Travel Hours Program is more appropriate for travelers who fly on the same type of aircraft every time they travel. As a Travel Hours client, you create an account with a set number of hours on a particular aircraft and are free to withdraw from that account whenever you want to travel. Like the Travel Debit Card Program, you can quickly and easily replenish the hours in your account with one simple phone call to your personal Travel Concierge.

What if my travel requirements change after I've bought a specific Travel Program Card type?
As a participant in the Travel Debit card program, you have the flexibility to select any aircraft that meets your needs. If you've purchased time on a specific aircraft through the Hours Program, you may exchange up or down by paying a nominal change fee.
